Item availability is indicated on the product page when you select your size. Next to the term "availability," it will indicate "immediate" or "in x weeks." If it says "immediate availability," you can be assured that the item is in stock. An item may be in stock, but some sizes may be unavailable. An item may be in stock when you add it to your cart but unavailable when you finalize your order because another customer purchased it before you. You also have the option of sending us a "stock alert" to be informed when your favorite product is back in stock!!

When your package is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track it on the Coliposte (for 48-72 hour delivery) or Chronopost (for 24-hour delivery) websites. Click on this link; you will be redirected to the website of the delivery service you chose and you will be able to track your package. You can also track your order delivery at any time in your "My Account" section, via the "Orders" section. Click on this section, view your last order and click on the "Track my package" button, which will allow you to track the status of your delivery in real time.

To return an item, log in to "My Account," click on the "Returns" tab, and fill out the return request form. Returned products must be new and unworn. Product labels must not be cut or torn. Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. It is important to follow the return procedure, the first step of which is to request a return in your Customer Account. Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a return slip to include in your package and a free return label via Colissimo. This label is a postage label for your return package. You will therefore not have to pay anything at the post office when you drop off your package. Keep the proof of deposit stamped by the postal services. You can track your return at www.coliposte.net using the package number on your receipt. Note: Return shipping is free for mainland France and Corsica. For other countries, it is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of your return package, we will send you a confirmation email: - Exchange: Your exchange order will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your return package by our warehouse. The items you have chosen for exchange are reserved as soon as you have validated your return request. If the amount of your exchange order is higher than the amount of your initial order, you can pay the difference by including a check in your return package. If the amount of your exchange order is lower than the amount of your initial order, we will refund the difference upon receipt of your return package. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your package tracking number when your exchange order is shipped. - Credit: If you have opted for a credit, please note that the credit issued will be available directly in your Customer Account.
